Dear Customer,

*** As we are a family business, we don’t have 24 hrs. electrician and reception. In some case, for example if an air-conditioner is not work, if our staff can not fix, we have to call out source to fix it. So, it may takes time up to an available of a/c company (A service is like a house for rent)

As our apartment have cars in and out all times,

And we have no staff to take care children.

Our apartment not allowed children age below 3 years old. If any customer bring children age below 3 years old,

Customer must take care and take their own responsibility on their children.
